Returns and Refund Policy

This Return Policy is only applicable for 7 days from the date of delivery of your item. If 7 days have passed from the date of delivery, we can not offer you a refund or an exchange. Also please note that this return policy is not applicable for custom made products and change of mind.

If you need to return any item, please call 076 399 1 599 or email at hello@www.wiyamu.lk within 48 hours after receiving the item. Also please send us an image of the item with the issue to hello@www.wiyamu.lk or WhatsApp the images to 076 399 1 599. So, our team will further advice on initiating the returning process.

The item should be in same condition as you received it. Any damages caused to the goods after the delivery would cause our Return Policy to be nullified.

Gift Cards and Underwear are not returnable.

Original tag/sticker/box should be intact on the returning item.

Refund value is the product purchase value without the shipping cost.

In order to complete the return process, we need you to send us the original receipt or any proof of purchase along with the returning item.

Return Shipping:

It should be noted that the item should be packaged properly for safe return shipping. For apparel, please cover it in a polythene to avoid any damages due to water/liquid.

Return shipping cost will not be covered by us. You will have to pay the return shipping cost or we will deduct it from the refund value.

If the value of your item is over Rs 4000/=, please consider using a traceable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless it is trackable.

Options after return:

1. An exchange can be made with the same item or a different item that equals to the refund value.
2. You can request a coupon code for the refund value, so that a purchase can be made later on for that amount.
3. We can deposit the refund value to your bank account if you provide your bank details.
4. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
